A huge cast of talented performers from the local community brought scenes to life in empty shops and the open marketplace, taking the audience on a mystery tour led by a guide. This was made with my long time collaborator Renato Bolelli Rebouças. Scenes were across the decades, telling stories from everyday life in the precinct and culminating in a glorious finale.
Photographs of Carousel of Us and memories of Swinton Precinct were later curated into an exhibition at Swinton Gateway.
