After finding an old school photo on Burnley Market, I located the school and recreated a lifesize version of the school photo in the exact place where it happened, seventy-nine years later.
The faces fluttered in the breeze and stared back at present day pupils. Afterwards, each face blew away in a paper chase along the former school path.
